Refund Policy

  • At VeilWall, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality furniture and a seamless shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt. Provide us proof of damage (e.g., photographs) for verification.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a product that differs from your order, please inform us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before delivery for a full refund. After delivery, cancellations without justifying proper reasons may incur a restocking fee (transportation charges).

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Refunds will not be provided for: (a) Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or self-assembly. (b) Custom or personalized furniture items unless defective. (c) Requests are made after the specified refund eligibility period (15 days post-delivery date of the goods).

Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Initiate a Request: Email us at “sales@veilwall.com” with your order details and reason for the refund.
  • Verification: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information, including photos of the product.
  • Return of Products: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product; and, the amount will credited to your bank account or original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If this is not possible, an alternative method may be arranged.

Shipping Costs

  • For refunds due to defective or incorrect products, VeilWall will cover return shipping charges.
  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
